When we make the match, we show you the cleaner's name and photo, along with a short biography. We also provide the cleaner's contact information. We suggest that you do contact the cleaner before your first appointment.
This is a great way for you to learn more about the cleaner and for the cleaner to learn more about your requirements. If you both feel it is a good match, then you can go ahead with your appointment. If not, no hard feelings. The Joyclean system will find you another match. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
2. We Match You With Experienced Cleaners
All the cleaners in the Joyclean community are experienced professionals. They know what is involved in professionally cleaning New York City apartments, co-ops, condos, and houses. They may be new to you, but they are not newbies to the NY pro cleaning scene.
3. We Do a Thorough Background Check
Before a pro cleaner can join the Joyclean community, he or she has to pass a background check. We use one of the country's leading background-checking companies to perform the check. The company verifies the cleaner's ID and checks to make sure they don't appear in the national sex offender registry or in national and local criminal databases.
4. We Provide a Million Dollars of Insurance
We trust our cleaners, and we hope that you trust them too because of their experience, their passing a series of background checks, and your having the chance to talk to them before they come to your home.
